Conditions for Receiving Updates Customers will only receive updates if their license is still valid. – For annual licenses: updates are valid for the duration of the active subscription. – For lifetime licenses: lifetime updates (applies to products labeled with lifetime support at the time of purchase). – If the license has expired and has not been renewed, customers will not be able to access or receive new updates.

3. Update Content Includes – Security patches for vulnerabilities found in previous versions. – Fixes for recorded technical errors or feature bugs. – Performance optimization and enhanced compatibility with new platform versions (e.g., WordPress, PHP…). – Addition of new features or interface improvements (if applicable).

4. Update Frequency and Cycle – There is no fixed cycle. Dabilux performs updates based on actual needs, technical changes to platforms, or user feedback. – In case of critical errors, Dabilux will prioritize releasing updates as soon as possible.

5. How to Receive Updates – For customers using themes/plugins with an integrated automatic update system: the product will notify of updates via the WordPress admin interface if the license is valid. – For customers using manual versions: they can log into their account page at dabilux.com to download the new version. – Update instructions will be provided via documentation or email.

6. Responsibilities and Limitations – Dabilux is not responsible if customers do not update to new versions and encounter issues due to using outdated versions. – Updates should be performed in a backup or staging environment to ensure no disruption to the main website.

7. Changes to the Update Policy Dabilux reserves the right to modify this policy according to product strategy or changes in the technical system. All changes will be published on the official website and will be effective from the time of posting.
