When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect the following personal information to create your account and identify you:

• Name: Displayed in your profile.

• Email Address: Used for account authentication and critical updates.

• User ID: A unique identifier linked to your account to manage your settings and notifications.

• Profile Picture: Displayed in your profile.

B. Notification Data (Processed Data)

To provide real-time order and form notifications, our App processes data sent from your connected WordPress websites via our plugin. This may include:

• Customer Information: Name, phone number, email, and address contained in WooCommerce orders or contact forms.

• Order Details: Product names, prices, and order status.

• Form Content: Data submitted through forms on your website.

Note: This data belongs to you (the site owner). We process this data solely to deliver notifications to your device. We do not sell this data to third parties.

C. Device and Usage Data

We may collect information about your device to ensure the App functions correctly, including:

• Device ID & Token: Required for sending Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

• Product Interaction: Data on how you interact with the App (e.g., marking notifications as read/unread, muting sites) to synchronize your status across devices.

D. App Permissions

The App requests the following permissions for specific features:

• Camera: To scan QR codes for quickly adding new WordPress sites.

• Photo Library: To allow you to upload or change your profile picture (optional).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: To deliver real-time notifications from your WordPress site to your mobile device.

• Account Management: To manage your account, preferences, and connected sites.

• Authentication: To verify your identity via Google Sign-In.

• Security: To validate requests using Secret Keys and HMAC signatures.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Notification Retention: To optimize performance and storage, notifications are automatically deleted from our servers after 90 days (Time-to-Live).

• Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can find the "Delete Account" option in the App's Profile settings. Upon confirmation, your user profile, connected sites, settings, and all notifications will be permanently removed from our database.

6. Security of Your Data

We implement robust security measures, including:

• Encryption: All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

• Validation: Webhook requests from WordPress are validated using HMAC-SHA256 signatures and unique Secret Keys.

• Access Control: Your data is protected by Firebase Security Rules, ensuring only you can access your notifications.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
