1. Acceptance of Terms When you access, purchase, and use products (including themes, plugins, software) provided by Dabilux, you agree that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms in this document.
- Continued use of the product signifies your acceptance of legal binding to these terms as a contract.
2. Intellectual Property Rights All source code, interface designs, technical documentation, logos, and trademarks related to the product are the exclusive property of Dabilux Design Company Limited. Customers are only granted a license to use the product, which does not imply ownership of the product. Any violation of intellectual property rights will be handled according to applicable laws.
3. Prohibited Actions Customers are NOT PERMITTED to perform the following actions:
- Resell, distribute, or share the product on any platform without Dabilux’s written consent.
- Remove, alter, or misrepresent Dabilux’s copyright information in the source code or related documentation.
- Extract or copy any part of the source code to create another product for commercial purposes.
- Use the product for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or to disrupt server systems.
4. Limitation of Liability Dabilux is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to:
- Errors due to incompatible server (hosting) environments.
- Conflicts with third-party plugins or themes.
- Damages due to incorrect operations or lack of technical knowledge on the part of the user.
5. General Provisions Dabilux reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the time they are posted on the official website. Continued use of the product by the customer after changes are posted is understood as agreement to the new terms. In the event that one or more terms are deemed invalid by law, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
