- Technical Error Rectification: Support in resolving errors arising from the design, programming, or implementation process by Dabilux.

- Proper Use of Product/Service: The website or product/service must be used within normal operating scope and conditions, consistent with its design purpose and Dabilux’s instructions.
- Errors Originating from Dabilux: Technical errors or functional discrepancies must arise from the design, programming, or implementation process by Dabilux, and not from third-party interference (such as malware installation, viruses, cyberattacks, unauthorized interference with source code, or modifications to the website structure outside Dabilux’s warranty scope).
- Timely Notification: Clients must notify Dabilux of issues requiring warranty service promptly upon discovery of the error and while the warranty period is still valid.

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact for Warranty Request: Clients send a detailed warranty request regarding the error through Dabilux’s official contact channels (Email or Hotline). Please provide complete information about the service/product, a description of the error, and images/videos (if any) to help us understand the issue.
- Step 2: Dabilux Review and Confirmation: Upon receiving the request, Dabilux’s technical team will review and assess the status of the product/service and confirm the validity of the warranty request.
