Product Handover Policy
Dabilux Design Company Limited
1. Handover Method
At Dabilux, all design products and services are digital. We do not provide physical or printed products unless otherwise specified in a separate contractual agreement.
The final product will be delivered to our Clients through secure and convenient electronic methods, including but not limited to:
- Email: Sent directly to the client’s registered email address.
- Cloud Storage Services: Shared via a private folder on Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
- Large File Transfer Services: Utilizing platforms such as WeTransfer or Fshare for high-capacity files.
The specific handover method will be mutually agreed upon by both parties during the working process to ensure maximum convenience for our Clients.
2. Handover Timeline
The handover time for design products is not a physical shipping time but depends on the project’s completion and acceptance progress.
- Drafts and Revised Versions: Will be sent to the client according to the timeline agreed upon in the contract or project plan.
- Final Product: After the Client confirms the acceptance of the final design version and completes all contractual payment obligations, Dabilux will proceed to hand over all original and usable file formats within 24 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
3. Handover File Formats
Depending on the type of design service, the final handover file package may include:
- For Logo & Brand Identity Design: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) and image files (PNG, JPG) in various color and size variations.
- For Marketing Collateral Design (Brochure, Catalogue, etc.): Original files (AI, INDD, PSD) and high-quality PDF files ready for printing.
- For Website/Application Design: Interface design files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and optimized graphic assets (icons, images).
Details regarding file formats will be clearly listed in the quotation and service agreement.
4. Handover Cost
The handover of design products via the electronic methods mentioned above is COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE. Clients will not incur any additional costs related to “shipping” or “delivery” of digital products.
5. Confirmation of Product Receipt
After Dabilux sends the final files, Clients are kindly requested to check and confirm receipt of all files in the agreed format via email within 03 working days. After this period, if no response is received, we will consider the handover successfully completed.
