Refund / return policy

1. Nature of services
Dabilux provides digital consulting and implementation — not physical goods with retail-style returns.
Refunds follow the contract and conditions below.
2. Eligible cases
Dabilux cannot start or continue work due to our own fault after a deposit was paid.
Both parties agree in writing to terminate before substantial work on that item.
3. Non-refundable
Change of mind after work has started per the agreed plan.
Accepted partial/full deliverables; third-party costs already incurred (domain, ads, licenses).
Client contract breaches leading to project stoppage.
4. Amount & timing
Any refund covers unfinished work minus reasonable incurred costs, per a settlement note.
Target payout: 7–15 business days after agreement and receiving account details.
